Katherine Miller

Federal Permitting Manager

Katherine Miller is the Federal Permitting Manager for Community Offshore Wind. She is responsible for acquiring the federal permits required to support the development of this project. This includes the Construction and Operations Plan (COP), which will be submitted to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM).

After entering the offshore wind industry in 2018, Katherine has developed a passion for ensuring that everyone has equal access to a clean energy transition. Katherine joined RWE after most recently working as an offshore wind project manager with the consulting firm, Tetra Tech.

Katherine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami and received her Masters of Professional Science from the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS) at the University of Miami.

Katherine resides just outside of Boston with her husband, daughter, and dog. When not reading, Katherine enjoys going on walks with the family and spending time on Cape Cod in the summer.
